103- Survival Candle

Each candles will burn straight for 100 hours or 300 hours intermittently 

Each time you relight the candle, trim the wick back to a 1/4 inch or 6 mm height. If the candle is smoking, it is only because the, wick is too tall.

To extinguish the flame, never blow out the candle. Simply use the lid as a snuffer. Let solidify before moving.

If used for short periods, the pool may not burn all the way to the edge or be using all the fuel. Do not let this ‘edge’ build up more than 1/4″ (6mm), ‘push’ the softened wax from the edge towards the centre in order to utilize all the wax. In emergency situations when the candle is lit for extended lengths of time, periodically extinguishing the candle (all wicks) and place in a colder area to solidify the wax. This will greatly lengthen the usage of your candle. Do this approx. every 2-3 hrs. Do not leave candle unattended!   Trim wicks every 2-4 hrs.
