Polling clearly shows that, since the 2021 holiday, Canadians have turned against increasing restrictions, extreme mandates, and other coercive and illegal pandemic measures. Now, more than ever, as draconian forced vaccination measures are being discussed in several Canadian provinces - Conservatives needs to take a stand against tyranny - stand with all Canadians against unworkable, unreasonable, and unconstitutional forced vaccination mandates.

Take Action Canada (TAC) applauds the courage of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) for speaking out against Mandatory Vaccination in Canada.
TORONTO - Take Action Canada is today publicly thanking Cara Zwibel of the CCLA, for defending the Canadian Charter, and the rights of millions of vaccine-free Canadians across the country.
In response to the outrageous suggestion posed by the federal Minister of Health, Jean-Yves Duclos, that mandatory vaccination would eventually come to Canada, Zwibel affirmed: “We have autonomy over our own bodies and we get to make decisions about medical care and treatment, and that would extend to vaccination.” [CityNews].
Zwibel's statement echoes the views of prominent Canadian constitutional lawyers, such as John Carpay, of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) - who said recently in the Post Millennial: "Making vaccines mandatory...is a direct and blatant violation of the Nuremberg Code, as well as the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms."
TAC will be contacting provincial leaders across the country to confirm that none of them will ever consider a human rights atrocity such as forced or mandatory vaccination. Our organization, too, calls on all provincial leaders to hire back the many thousands of health and public sector workers who were denied rightful workplace accommodations, such as rapid-testing, in place of unreasonable workplace Covid-19 mandates.
Meanwhile, TAC applauds those who speak out against the utterly appalling statements of the now thoroughly discredited federal Minister of Health, Duclos.

TORONTO - Take Action Canada (TAC) is calling on Premier Doug Ford, NDP Leader Andrea Horwath, and Ontario Liberal Party Leader Steven Del Duca, to publicly condemn the outrageous call for forced Covid-19 vaccination in Canada - suggested by the federal Minister of Health, Jean-Yves Duclos.
Forced or mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is a disgraceful human rights violation in any free and democratic country. As John Carpay of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms recently wrote in The Post Millennial - and later reprinted on their website - mandatory vaccination would violate the Canadian Charter and the Nuremberg Code.
In recognition of this, the Premiers of Alberta and Saskatchewan have already publicly affirmed they will NOT implement such a policy. Nova Scotia's Chief Medical Officer, Robert Strang, too, has confirmed the same.
Free and informed medical choice, and the right to bodily autonomy is fundamental to our democratic system. To violate this would constitute Canada effectively becoming a failed state - and open the door to further human rights atrocities.
Today TAC calls on three key Ontario policymakers to publicly declare that they would never implement such a policy in the Province of Ontario.
TAC will be coordinating a comprehensive national campaign against mandatory vaccination, and continuing to work with constitutional scholars and human rights advocates to ensure forced vaccination never happens in Ontario - or elsewhere in Canada.

Re: Open Letter in Response to Disgraceful and Irresponsible CMA Statement Dated December 17, 2021, and circulated widely to Canadian media, entitled: "Tough choices needed to slow new wave of Covid-19"
Dear Dr. Smart:
Take Action Canada (TAC) is writing to express the dismay of millions of Canadians who soundly reject your organization's attempts to fearmonger, and worse still, spread misinformation about the nature of Covid-19 infections and spread of the virus in Canada.
In your above-mentioned press release, you suggest that Covid-19 infections in vaccine-free Canadians are ultimately causing others to be denied medical care; however, as you well know, available data from even before your letter was written, suggests otherwise.
According to the province of Ontario's own Covid-19 website, for example, 'cases' by vaccination status have been largely among the 'fully vaccinated' since about mid-December 2021. In fact, according to the latest case numbers, out of 10,800+ cases, (Jan 5, 2022), only 1,554 were in the vaccine-free, with over 9,000 in 'vaccinated'. Further, 'in hospital but not in ICU' for the same date saw 1,156 fully vaccinated, with only 436 unvaccinated.

As you can see, vaccinated Canadians are, according to government data, just as likely, or more likely, to end up contracting Covid, and in many cases, end up seeking needed medical care.
In sum, your letter is not only spreading misinformation, you appear to be actively encouraging the denial of often vital medical care to vaccine-free Canadians - a position that clearly violates numerous International human rights' treaties, and the 'do no harm' proviso integral to the health sector.
Vaccine-free Canadians contribute equally to the healthcare system financially - a system that has at its very core the fundamental edict that all people will be treated equally and without prejudice, regardless of individual medical choices.
We strongly suggest you cease and desist with demonizing vaccine-free Canadians, and instead advocate for improvements to the healthcare system to better manage the increase demand for services. The CMA could start by advocating for the return of vaccine-free health professionals who were unfairly dismissed from their jobs for a personal medical choice, and who could easily do rapid-tests as an alternative to injections.
In sum, shame on the CMA for even considering this type of corrosive narrative; TAC will continue to monitor statements by the CMA in accordance with accepted human and health rights common law, and international law, and encourage prominent legal scholars to review your organization's current narrative.
The CMA should be working to improve equal access for all Canadians to needed healthcare services - not seeking to fearmonger and deny services to the vaccine-free.

TORONTO - Take Action Canada (TAC) is announcing the launch of a new website designed to organize and coordinate POLITE and RESPECTFUL but firm responses of British Columbians aimed at pushing back against Dr. Bonnie Henry's increasingly autocratic, unreasonable, mean-spirited, and unconstitutional health orders.
www.StopHurtingBritishColumbians.ca demands that Dr. Henry STOP restricting, segregating, and discriminating against the vaccine-free across the province.
The site will also coordinate its efforts with millions of vaccinated British Columbians who also support the right of everyone to make their own medical choices - #mybodymychoice.

- Ignoring the science of Covid-19 natural immunity, and offer vax passport exemptions to those who can document a previous infection;
