We all need emotional support, especially in a world of uncertainty, confusion, disconnection & division.  That is why we have created our latest initiative at Take Action Canada called Just Ask Brittney.

In the upcoming Zoom meeting, Brittney will be discussing how to break the cycle of anxiety. First, we will look at a few steps you can take to help lower your anxiety in 60 seconds or less. Then, we will invite all participants share experiences and join in the discussion through a question and answer period. Times have been tough and unpredictable, so let's talk about how we can empower ourselves and support one another along the way.

This Weeks Meeting

Please join on Zoom at every second Tuesday at 6 pm EST where we'll will be exploring hopelessness

We've been having great conversations and problem-solving as a group in our Zoom calls, and I hope you can all join us for the next one can be found here

On the next call with Just Ask Brittney, we will be coming together to explore hopelessness; what we feel like, what it is, and what we can do about it. When the goal posts keep moving, it's hard to stay motivated and continue living life as happily as we used to. Part of our Zoom call is to show everyone tuning in that they are not alone, and that we can come together as fellow Canadians to support each other through this time.

I hope that you will tune in to share your stories and feelings. I would like to challenge everyone sending in a message, or email, to provide one sentence that you would like to give to others feeling the same way.
